Amanda Seyfried is now enjoying her time in the spotlight as the star of the musical Mamma Mia! not just because she’s had a lot of insecurities in the past as a budding actress, but because she’s being surrounded some of Hollywood’s biggest names.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the 22-year-old actress gushed over her hot co-stars on Mamma Mia!, which will hit theaters on July 18.

According to Seyfried, who also stars on the HBO polygamy-themed series Big Love, she gets very excited upon the mention of a certain British actor and a former Bond man. She is, of course referring to her male Mamma Mia! co-stars Colin Firth and Pierce Brosnan.

“He’s so sexy, Colin Firth, so sexy [and] will always be,” Seyfried told Entertainment Tonight as she giggled about her Mamma Mia! co-star.

Additionally, the Big Love actress feels equally as lucky when it comes to sharing the screen with Pierce Brosnan, another gorgeous actor.

“Shooting in the summer of ’07 on the 007 [sound] stage with a 007, that’s one of the things he said to me, and I was like, ‘You’re right, I am lucky,’ because he’s a studly, studly man,” Seyfried said.

While Seyfried looks up to her male co-stars, she’s also all praises when it comes to her on-screen mother, played by Meryl Streep.

“I almost fainted because it was such a big deal for her to accept me, especially playing her daughter,” Seyfried said. But upon meeting Streep she “immediately took herself off that pedestal that she knew that I put her on. She’s the most gracious, graceful woman I have ever met in my life.”

“I can’t help smiling. I have all these amazing people in my life now from the movie,” the Big Love actress added.

Following Mamma Mia!, Amanda Seyfried returns to the small screen for the third season of Big Love, which kicks off in January 2009.
